1. Introduction
Rapid is an artificial intelligence-powered product operated by GritinAI Global LTD, a company duly registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). Rapid enables individuals, startups, businesses, and organisations to generate structured software prototypes and related documentation within a 24-hour production cycle.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and protect personal data when you use Rapid. Our data handling practices comply with applicable Nigerian data protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act and related regulatory guidelines.
By using Rapid, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
When you use Rapid, we collect personal and business information necessary to deliver the Service. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company details, billing information, and payment confirmation data. Because Rapid is designed to generate software prototypes, we also collect the project descriptions, business logic, workflows, design preferences, and other materials you submit for prototype generation.
Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, system logs, and usage analytics may be collected automatically to ensure platform security, stability, and performance optimisation.
We collect only information that is reasonably necessary to provide the Service.
3. Purpose of Processing
Your information is processed to deliver the prototype generation service, process one-time payments based on selected tiers, communicate service updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve system functionality, and comply with legal obligations under Nigerian law.
We may use anonymised and aggregated data to improve our AI systems. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Under applicable Nigerian data protection laws, we process personal data based on contractual necessity, legitimate business interest, legal compliance, and user consent where required.
5. Data Ownership and Confidentiality
You retain ownership of all proprietary business concepts, technical logic, and materials you submit to Rapid. The Company does not claim ownership over your ideas or business models.
We treat submitted project information as confidential and do not intentionally disclose it to third parties except where required by law or necessary for service delivery through vetted infrastructure providers.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, anonymised and non-identifiable system data may be used to enhance AI performance and improve service quality.
6. Payment Processing
Rapid operates on a one-time payment per use model. Pricing varies based on selected output tiers, including scope and volume of generated documentation or prototype pages. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors compliant with industry standards.
We do not store full card details on our systems.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. While we apply industry-standard security measures, no system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with tax and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users may request deletion of their account data subject to legal and operational requirements.
9. Third-Party Infrastructure
To operate Rapid efficiently, we may engage trusted third-party service providers for hosting, analytics, communications, and payment processing. These providers are contractually bound to protect personal data and process it only for authorised purposes.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable Nigerian law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, restriction of processing, or deletion where legally permissible. Requests may be directed to the contact details provided below.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Continued use of Rapid after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
