1. Agreement

Rapid is owned and operated by GritinAI Global LTD, registered in Nigeria. By accessing or using Rapid, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Company and agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Rapid is an AI-powered prototype generation platform designed to assist entrepreneurs, startups, businesses, and organisations in conceptualising and structuring software solutions. The Service generates prototype documentation and related materials based on user inputs within a defined production timeframe.

Rapid is a facilitation tool and does not provide legal, regulatory, investment, or technical deployment guarantees. Users remain responsible for validating outputs before implementation.

3. Payment Structure

Rapid operates on a one-time payment per use basis. Fees vary according to selected output tiers, including scope, level of detail, and number of generated pages or modules. All payments must be completed before generation begins.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once generation has commenced, due to the computational resources deployed in delivering the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and ensure that any materials submitted do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights or violate contractual or legal obligations. You are solely responsible for how you use generated outputs.

You must not use Rapid to engage in unlawful activities, generate fraudulent systems, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to reverse engineer or extract proprietary components of the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, AI models, system architecture, branding, and platform infrastructure powering Rapid remain the exclusive property of the Company.

Subject to full payment and compliance with these Terms, you are granted rights to use the generated prototype outputs for lawful commercial or internal business purposes. The Company retains ownership of the underlying systems used to create such outputs.

6. Disclaimers

Rapid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim to generate structured and high-quality outputs, AI-generated materials may require review, refinement, and validation before real-world deployment. The Company makes no guarantees regarding market viability, funding outcomes, regulatory approval, or technical performance of any prototype generated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Nigerian law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific prototype generation request giving rise to the claim.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Rapid where there is misuse, violation of these Terms, fraud, or conduct that exposes the Company to legal or reputational risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of Rapid shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
